Am Sonn­tag wur­den die Gol­den Glo­bes 2015 ver­lie­hen, für Fil­me und Seri­en aus dem Jahr 2014. Der gro­ße Gewin­ner bei den Fil­men ist sicher­lich das Ste­phen Haw­king Bio­pic DIE ENTDECKUNG DER UNENDLICHKEIT, das bekam nicht nur den Preis für das bes­te Dra­ma, zudem erhielt Haupt­dar­stel­ler Eddie Red­may­ne den Preis für den bes­ten Mimen und man griff die Aus­zeich­nung für die bes­te Film­mu­sik ab. In Sachen Come­dy gewann GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL den Glo­be für den bes­ten Film.

Bei den Fern­seh­se­ri­en ist wohl FARGO her­vor­zu­he­ben, die bekam den Preis für die bes­te Mini­se­rie bzw. den bes­ten TV-Film, Bil­ly Bob Thorn­ton erhielt eine Aus­zeich­nung als bes­ter Haupt­dar­stel­ler in der Show.

Abge­se­hen vom Glo­be für HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2 in der Kate­go­rie Ani­ma­ti­ons­film ist das Phan­tas­tik-Gen­re mal wie­der schwer abwesend.
