David Stark ali­as Zar­kon­nen hat über 400 Icons von Hügeln, Ber­gen, Bäu­men, Orten und Städ­ten aus einer Kar­te aus dem Jahr 1688 extra­hiert. Er stellt das Paket kos­ten­los auf itch.io zum Down­load zur Ver­fü­gung. Eben­falls dabei sind eini­ge sei­ner Tools, die er zur Erstel­lung der Icons ver­wen­det hat.

Images of hills, moun­ta­ins, trees, towns and cities extra­c­ted from a 1688 map of parts of Ger­ma­ny. For use in manu­al map-making for RPGs or as assets for a com­pu­ter game. The digi­ti­zed source image is in the public domain, and so are the­se assets.
